Unlike other law firms, initial consultations with our clients are in the comfort of your home, office or place of your choice. We understand the sensitive nature of your issues. We will do our best to earn your trust.

Initial thirty (30) minute consultations are FREE of charge. During the free consultation, we gather information about your case and give general information in a particular area of law. You must be as comfortable as possible, as composed as can be to provide us with the information that is vital to advising you properly.

William Brown’s History

William Brown has been in public and private practice since 1996. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota state court and U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota. He teaches continuing education units to social workers at various health care facilities throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area.

William Brown was a prosecutor with the St. Paul City Attorney’s Office and Rice County Attorney’s Office. He prosecuted cases for victims of vulnerable adult crimes. He also worked for private law firms and businesses in various legal areas including: antitrust, securities regulation and employment law.

William Brown owned an in-home, non-medical health care company in which he developed a working knowledge of the issues facing seniors and their families.

William Brown received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota in 1994. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart College, Geneva, New York in 1989.
